I Am Number Four

I am Number Four was a 100% BUY BRAND NEW. The movie starred an up and coming new actor from the UK named Alex Pettyfer. He plays John an alien refugee on the run with guardian Henri played by Timothy Olyphant. Starring along side him is Glee star Dianna Agron as Sarah, John's love interest. The movie starts off with a big action sequence showing the dynamics of the guardian and his ward as well as the brutality of the aliens that are chasing them. What we liked best about the movie was there was not that typical  stalling of the film to explain the back story of why John needs to do what he is doing. I am Number Four keeps the film flowing, every moment has a purpose and the action is not over bearing to the storyline. As the storyline goes it is very good, probably because it is based on a book, but there were 9 total aliens like John sent to Earth along with their Guardians. The Mogadorians and the aliens responsible for desolating John's home planet and are now on Earth killing the 9 survivors in order. It was a great movie to watch in the theater because there are a lot of great action sequences and CGI effects that look so great on the big screen ( or blue ray) and it is completely worth the money to go see.
