This movie was a 2 for 20. The movie itself was a nice attempt at a throw back to movies about triumph over hardships and childhood friendships. Super 8 felt like a any other alien movie that has come out, there was nothing really unique about it, except the story line was entertaining until the end. The young actors in this movie were very good Joel Courtney and Elle Fanning really did steal the show. There was nothing to over the top and the ending was satisfying, very predictable but as said earlier it did keep our attention.
