This movie was a 2 for 20 movie although it was very good it was more of a love story then a bank robbery movie. Ben Affleck and Jeremy Renner are two of four guys who set up hiest to rob banks and armored trucks. Jon Hamm who is an FBI agent trying to bring down these four bank robbers. The movie is set in Charlestown, Massachusetts and opens up with quotes from locals as well as FBI agents about how Charlestown turns out the most bank robbers and criminals and how it is like a family business. Blake Lively did a fantastic job in this movie it was a character I would never have thought she would play, Ben Affleck had his directors debut with this movie and he also did an outstanding job. The movie was very believable with nothing left hanging, there was no scene where we were thinking "that would never really happen". After watching The Town it was hard not to think about the movie after, how Affleck's character had all the tools to get out of Charlestown but ended up back in the end robbing banks just like his father before him. This movie also showed the intricate levels and heirarchy of crime in that small community as well as the tight bond they had with each other. The Town had great action, realism, acting was on point, and over all entertaining. We would recomend watching this movie at least one time in the theater or at least with surround sound and a big TV.
