Life as we know it

This was a buy brand new movie. Although the movie itself was very predictable there was a sense of realism in the whole situation. Throughout the movie there was not a moment where we thought this could never happen in real life. Kathrine Heigl and Josh Duhamel make the perfect on screen couple, and the baby steals the show. The movie itself was relate able in the fact that everyone has their best friend set them up on a blind date and it turn out absolutely awful! So for this movie to take that concept and put the twist on it that they end up being the Godparents to this little girl and having to be in each others lives for ever. There is no doubt this movie is a complete tear jerker, watching Duhamel show emotion over the loss of his best friend is just heart breaking as well as Heigl. Life as We Know It has great acting in it from all parties involved and the baby does not upstage any one which is amazing considering that usually happens. This movie is not just a chick flick it is more of a realistic version of the "what if" game. What if your best friend died today, what if you got stuck seeing that one bad date for the rest of your life, what if you were given custody of you godchild/niece/nephew/grandchild,etc. what if the life as you know it was turned upside down. That is what this movie is about and it was entertaining the whole way through.
